About the role
Join Youi as an On-Road Motor Assessor (Vehicle & Leisure) and be part of a dynamic team that delivers an exceptional motor claims experience with expert execution. We are seeking individuals who embrace technology and have a deep understanding of the devices and apps that drive it. You will build strong relationships with our repairer network and provide outstanding support to our customers when they need it most.
Your duties will include:
Complete vehicle damage assessments.
Oversee the quality of the entire claims process.
Ensure compliance with legislation.
Detect and reduce fraud.
Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs.
Be the face of our business and always provide awesome service.
About you:
A trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is essential.
Current driver’s licence is essential.
Estimating experience would be highly regarded.
Experience in watercraft assessing will be an advantage.
A passion and ability to build strong relationships.
High attention to detail.
Embraces and promotes change in a fast-paced environment, responsibilities can change in accordance with business growth and development.
