How you will create an impact
• This role sits within the Delegated Authority Team within the Underwriting Management Framework
• Review and maintain due-diligence submissions of all Delegated Claims Authority’s
• Work with the relevant Claims Adjuster to determine appropriate claims authority level for Delegated Claims Authority, conducting regular review of same
• Coordinate TPA / DCA audits and performance reviews, utilising “DAM” where possible
• Report preparation for internal DA and Conduct related committees
• Reporting into the Delegated Authority Manager, working collaboratively with the Senior Claims Delegated Authority Technician, DUA Team and the wider Underwriting Manager Team to ensure Talbot’s compliance with a robust Claims Delegated Authority Framework and Lloyd’s Principles for Doing Business
• What you’ll need to succeed
• Experience of working within the insurance industry, preferably within the Lloyd’s market
• Experience of Delegated Authority (Claims or Underwriting).
• Understanding of the Claims lifecycle.
• Pro Actie, self-motivated and willing to learn within a team environment
