Job Details
Working in collaboration with operational leadership to review and monitor outcomes using data and supporting improvements through technical development, such as the creation of material and delivery.
Identifying technical needs/themes for individual colleagues with the creation and delivery of technical development.
Delivering new colleague training and acting as sign off of new colleagues from the academy period through to being out 'on the floor'.
Using data gathered through audits and team leaders to identify systemic/thematic development requirements and creating and implementing solutions.
Supporting the Contact Centre Leader/Ops Manager to develop the technical strategy for the function and collaborating with other technical and operational leaders to agree and deliver solutions covering learning and development, process and governance plus letter content.
New start content SME/annual review and maintenance, during academy and beyond the creation and delivery of all function specific training for the department.
Skills We Would Love You to Have
A strong understanding of the motor claims journey.
A great attention to detail with the ability to be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
Excellent stakeholder management experience with the ability to coach and support colleagues
