Job Description
A renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation are now seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster Technician to join a growing team. The role will be working from the office, full time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide support to the Adjusters and working actively on claims >£25,000. You will liaise with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, while managing incoming emails, telephone calls, suppliers and clients You will resolve customer queries, questions, or complaints, working with all parties involved for the best customer outcomes. Appoint suppliers and manage progress, independently of Adjuster engagement.
About you Minimum of 2 years experience in property claims management. Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes or work, identifying errors and missed items. Proven experience working as part of a team. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Salary and
