Department: - Enterprise Technology – CFIT – GMS
In this role, you will:
• Work efficiently and productively as a techno-functional person with minimal / no guidance and be able to handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Build and integrate custom applications within Clarity and Rally (Resource management, Finance management, Project management, and Custom objects).
• Feasibility analysis, new enhancements, fine-tune existing enhancements, and provide support.
• Prepare status reports, informative slide-decks, and analytical graphs/ pivots for senior management.
• Interactive discussions with stakeholders and also be able to conduct demos for them on needs-to-basis.
• On needs to basis, keep Scrum-boards, Confluence, and Jira applications updated to reflect the latest roadmap-status and also prepare/ update reference guides as desired.
• Make the configuration changes in Rally Application. Coordinating with the GB/GFs for Rally Support and Changes
• Make the changes in Rally workflows as per the business requirements. Guide/train the Rally support team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Techno-Functional – Clarity and Rally applications – 10+ years of experience.
• Good experience in deployment of Clarity/Rally solutions including workflows, portlets, reports, and Clarity v15.8.1 & above - Base Configuration & Advanced Configuration.
• Working knowledge and experience with Rally Web Services, build integration with Rally and Jira.
• Strong team work and collaboration skills, with track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams
• Should have worked on implementations, rollouts, and customizations and also be able to manage new services, Data governance, and MIs.
• Good communication, both verbal and written, with a high level of confidence.
• Awareness on Agile Ways of Working, Confluence, Rally and Jira would be preferred.
