We at Staffco Direct are actively recruiting for HGV1/ LGV1/ CE/ Class 1- Day, Afternoon & Night PAYE drivers based in Thrapston. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day to day operation.
The Job
• Store deliveries, high street stores.
• Cages rolled off and into the store, empties and returns collected.
• Trunking
• Assessment required, bookings will commence as of pass. Paid Assessment
• This is an on-going opportunity.
• Immediate starts.
• 1400 to 2200
• 7 day a week operation
• 10-14 hours average shift length
What We Offer
• Monday to Friday Afternoons - £17.24 + holiday accrued
• Monday to Friday Nights - £18.80 + holiday accrued
• Saturday Days, Afternoon & Nights - £20.37 to £24.46 + holiday accrued
• Sunday Days, Afternoon & Nights - £20.37 to £24.46 + holiday accrued
• AM Overtime Midweek after 45 hours - £23.51 per hour
• PM Overtime Midweek after 45 hours - £25.86 per hour
• Nights Overtime Midweek after 45 hours - £28.51 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday Overtime - £30.56 per hour to £36.67 per hour
• 8 Hours Guaranteed
What We Are Looking For
• HGV1/ LGV1 UK issued License is required (minimum 6 months)
• Previous experience with store deliveries required.
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Customer service focused.
• Well-presented
• Physically fit
