A fantastic opportunity to join a global engineering company as a Class 1 delivery driver. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of vital equipment for key projects, while representing our organisation in all interactions.
Position Details
• Location: Depot in Hampshire
• Reporting to: Transport Manager
• Hours: 10 hours per day, 6am-4pm, with flexibility required
• Nights away: Occasional Nights away
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off
• Benefits: Stability, pension, stay-away bonus, expenses, overtime at time and a half, high and achievable OTE
Main Purpose Of The Role
• Deliver and collect products safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all driving standards
• Maintain communication with the office and customers
• Uphold the company's positive image
• Keep the vehicle in excellent condition and meet compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Professional and efficient delivery and collection
• Liaison with the Transport Manager for logistics
• Adherence to Tacho and DSA driving standards
