Shift patterns: 2200-000 start Sunday to Thursday
Location: Bedford - MK43 +AA
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 Night Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
• Carry out trunking of full wagon and drag drops to RDCs and to bring back empty's to Bedford main DC on behalf of our client
• Start window between 2200-0000 Sunday to Thursday Class 1
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 12 months of actual Class 1 driving experience preferred for this role .
