Job Description Summary
Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in Canada– is seeking a Delivery Driver – You!
As a Driver, you will deliver and pick up various pieces of equipment and supplies to customer worksites. This driver role operates a vehicle that has a gross weight of less than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones, urban, suburban and rural traffic. Our double-digit growth and internal promotion rate mean we are constantly looking to add top performers to our team.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers
Valid Class 5 license with satisfactory driving record
Air Brake Endorsement would be an asset
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:
Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely in a variety of driving situations & conditions
Knowledge of tools & equipment based on assigned store's fleet
Detailed orientation to ensure timely, accurate paperwork
