If you would like to learn flatbed we are willing to train the right person that has one year of Dry Van or Reefer experience in the last 3 years. Hiring Area: Philadelphia, PA Full Job Description for CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver: What we offer: $5,000 sign-on bonus - paid out in the first 120 days The average pay of $1,400 per week Minimum pay program of $1,200 per week Top-of-the-line equipment (Kenworth) with TV Mount, Sirius XM enabled, Inverter, 72" high roof, Dual Driver Tires, Espar Bunk Heater Front-facing cameras that do not see in the truck which will you the privacy you need Automatic Transmission trucks Home every weekend for reset Incentive Program that pays monthly Breakdown pay, Tarp pay, Detention pay, Over dimension pay Clean Inspection bonus Truck and trailer will go home with you for your home time so you will not have any time wasted dropping the truck and flatbed trailer off. You will be paid for the miles home. We will provide you with 3 meals per day and a single-person hotel room. Orientation last 4 days and at the end you will be issued your truck and routed home to collect your belongings.
