Responsibilities

Driver will be responsible for driving the Vacuum trucks and Waterblast trucks to and from construction sites

Once arriving to the site, driver will be assisting crew operate truck and tools in a safe manner in wet/dirty environments including confined spaces

Candidate is required to provide proof of completed OSHA 10, or higher, within 60 days of original hire date

Responsible for the operation and set- up of Vac and Blast operations

Must maintain equipment, help in operation of equipment, understand ability of the equipment and operate in a safe manner

Complete a vehicle inspection report to assure vehicle and equipment are safe to operate before leaving site

Connect and disconnect hoses, dump/unload materials, clean out truck tank after each use

Understand different hose types, tips, and set ups

Obey traffic laws and regulations

Maintain accurate driving logs

Immediately report all accidents, near misses, and injuries involving employees or others to the Safety Manager or Supervisors on site

Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day (Climb ladders, Bending, twisting, lifting up to 50lbs, and Prolonged walking, standing

Follows directions of managers/ lead/superintendent and clarifies responsibility if needed

Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and Clients

Takes care of company owned and rented equipment returning in like manor

Position Overview
