Join our dry van fleet featuring exclusively 10-speed manual trucks, providing weekly home time of at least 34 hours, with routes primarily in the Southwest region.
Position Description:
This role ensures weekly home time, with three out of four weeks offering weekend breaks and one mid-week break. You can expect to cover an average of 2100 miles per week, with potential for more depending on your preferences. Operating within the Southwest Region. Freight handling mainly involves drop and hook, with proficiency in operating a 10-speed manual truck being required.
Pay:
Earn an average weekly income ranging from $1100 to $1600, with a minimum pay protection of $1,060 for added financial security.
Location: Dover, DE
Orientation and Equipment:
Attend a three-day orientation with provided breakfast and lunch, along with covered travel, lodging, and compensation. Modern equipment including 2016 or newer International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadia, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with a 1500-watt inverter and Opti-idle program for added convenience & 10 speed manual transmission. Take-home option available for trucks, provided a safe parking location.

Qualifications:
