DRIVERS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 18 MONTHS DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITH THE MAJORITY BEING OTR OR REGIONAL
DRIVRS CAN NOT HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG TEST EVER
No more than 2 moving violations in the last one year and 4 in the last 3 years but none can be major such as following too closely, reckless, 15+
No preventable accidents in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last three years
No more than 3 jobs in the last year and nine in the last 3 years
Benefits
Class A drivers with 18+ months experience run OTR Reefer earning $1750-$1850/WK
This is no touch reefer freight with newer model Peterbilts and KW. Drivers that live in Florida must be willing to stay out three weeks at a time and then will get 4-6 days off
Starting pay is $.62CPM with $.10of that being untaxed increasing your take home pay
The top 50% of drivers earn $1750 with the top 20% earning close to $1+00/WK

Drivers can bring a rider and a dog up to 60LBS

• SOUTH FLORIDA DRIVERS MUST BE WILLING TO PARK THE TRUCK IN WINTER HAVEN AND DRIVE PERSONAL VEHICLE FROM THERE.
• All trucks have outward facing cameras and are governed at 70.
Carrier has THE LOWEST TURNOVER rate for carriers of like size. They treat their drivers great; drivers are given the option of how they can get to orientation (flight, train, rental) they all have private rooms and all meal are paid. Orientation is either M-T or W-F.
