Qualifications
• Class A commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or related equivalent (required)
• Hazmat Endorsement (required or obtainable within 60 days of start date)
• Ability to use ELD devices (required)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Candidates willing to be cross-trained for our Roll Off division are highly preferred
• No DUIs on record
• MVP report taken into consideration when assessing candidates
Compensation & Benefits
• Full-time position (mileage-based compensation)
• Mileage Rate: \(0.50-\)0.55 (dependent on experience level), Annualized Equivalent: \(70,000 - \)85,000
• Mileage Rate Increase based on first +0-day performance evaluation
• $3,000 Signing Bonus Potential

Responsibilities
• Perform pre- and post-operating inspections of the vehicle in accordance with company best practices
• Safely operate vehicle along designated routes to and from locations
• Maintain accurate DOT ELD logs on a daily basis
• Establish effective working relationships with managers, co-workers, and customers
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to ensure efficient fleet deployment
• Comply with company policies and promote safety standards
• Ensure customers receive service in a timely and professional manner
Vehicles & Equipment
• Rider leased and maintained vehicles with automatic transmission (no slip seating)
• No touch freight and full freight loads
• Handling Dry Van truck freight
• Vehicle: Automatic Mack truck
Schedule & Location
• Origination Location: Phoenix yard
• Regional, averaging 2,500 miles per week (500 - 800 mile runs)
• Home on weekends (75%)
• Year-round work
