Duties
Operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight to various locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times while adhering to regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during routes.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailers and flatbed trucks..
2 years of driving experience
Strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients.
Commitment to safety protocols and regulations in transportation.
