About The Role
We are looking to appoint an inspirational Class Teacher who will be a motivational role model to our pupils to help them make rapid academic progress and enhance their social, emotional and cultural understanding.
In this role, you will be part of a committed and caring team to deliver the best possible education and offer wider support to the school community to have significant impact on our diverse and friendly pupils and families.
Our ideal candidate will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner who has experience of raising attainment
Be passionate about getting to know every child and use these relationships to offer a caring and personalised approach to learning
Share the Ark Oval values and mission to positively influence our pupils
Have good communication, organisation and adaptability skills.
