Position Summary

GD Goenka School, Vasant Kunj is seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher(KG, Grade I & Grade II) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with young children, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-based lessons in an interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.

• Foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of students.

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.

• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students progress and overall development.

• Assess, evaluate, and document student performance and growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning, extracurricular activities, and school events.

• Uphold the values, ethos, and standards of GD Goenka Public School.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

• B.Ed (mandatory)

• Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Education certification

• PYP (Primary Years Programme) certification preferred

• Experience: Minimum 23 years of teaching experience with young learners (preferably in primary grades).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and technology.

• Warm, patient, and empathetic approach with children.
