The FOT member plays a crucial role in maintaining discipline and overseeing allocated floor activities at PW (PhysicsWallah). This position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to ensure smooth class operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Class/Test Management/Technical:
• Arrive early for classes and tests to prepare the necessary materials.
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and make any necessary adjustments.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with faculty members, students, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide support to new FOTs during their training period.
Requirements:
• 12th pass or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in classroom equipment and software.
• Previous experience in the education sector is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
