• *Role description**:

• *Core Responsibilities**:

- Exams content for logic, clarity, and consistency of message and design across training programs

- Performs copy editing and proofreading for training documents of all varieties

- Edits and ensures quality of training content, including text, multimedia, and other related program assets

- Maintains and develops learner and CLE-specific style guidelines, when applicable

- Works collaboratively with all CLE associates, including project managers, program leaders and instructional designers to ensure production requirements are met

- Prioritizes projects with multiple cross-functional partners across different time zones

- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a similar discipline

- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests

- Strong work ethic: ability to work independently with confidence and collaborate as a member of a highly integrated team

- Highly developed MS Office Suite skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Teams

- Experience supporting learning related programs or projects; familiarity with adult learning theory, learning methodologies and technologies is preferred

- Experience with production work (graphic design, etc.) is a plus
