Join Team Fresh Cleaning – Cleaner Position | Wynnum, QLD
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join Team Fresh Cleaning in Wynnum, QLD! As part of our team, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our clients’ homes clean, fresh, and beautifully presented.
This is a casual role with flexible hours, perfect for those wanting to work around other commitments. We provide detailed job instructions and ongoing support, with most jobs being regular recurring appointments.
Pay Structure
$27/hour during the training period (approx. 4 weeks, but often less)
$30/hour if you don’t have a car, equipment, or products
$32/hour if you provide your own car, equipment, and products
$34/hour if you help train new cleaners (optional)
Paid weekly via ABN every Friday afternoon
During training, you’ll work alongside one of our experienced team members. Our goal is to get you feeling confident and independent as quickly as possible.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing high-quality cleans in client homes
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general tidying
Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas
Keeping cleaning tools and supplies in great condition
Following all health and safety protocols
Providing friendly, respectful service to clients
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
Able to work independently and stay organised
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and products
