Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Ensure all areas cleaned are left in a tidy condition, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to communicate fluently in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
