Community Home Australia is a specialist younger onset dementia service providing permanent care, respite care and day programs across Canberra.
We are seeking to engage a cleaner to clean our 3 Supported Living Homes in Gordonand Wanniassa and our Day Centre in Greeway.
All applicants must :
Must have experience cleaning houses and commercial premises
Have a desire and willingness to complete ongoing education and training
Have an understanding of infection control principles
Have a current drivers license and car
be currently living in Australia
have authority to work in Australia
The role is across all services:
Club Kalina Greenway - 3 hours each day Monday to Friday (15 HOURS)
Kambera House Gordon - 4 hours x 2 days per week (8 HOURS)
Kiah House & Kot Cottage Wanniassa - 3 hours x 2 days per week (6 HOURS)
TOTAL 30 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
We require all staff to display flexibility and a willingness to engage with our guests to enable them to live their lives as they wish.
Cleaning equipment will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
