Job Description
Cleanmate Limited provides commercial cleaning services across the Auckland region and requires additional Cleaners to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards at client sites. These roles are essential to ensure safe, sanitary, and professional environments for businesses, staff, and visitors.
Position Title: Cleaner
Number of Positions: 5
Location: Auckland Region
Pay Rate: $25 – $29 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
Experience or Qualification Not Required.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise commercial premises including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning.
Empty rubbish bins and manage waste and recycling.
Refill consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety instructions.
Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and site‑specific requirements.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all sites.
Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors.
Comply with health & safety and PPE requirements at all times.
Secure premises after cleaning where required.
