We are seeking a hardworking & dedicated Cleaning Tech to join our team. With KC Cleaning you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for our residential and commercial clients. We are dedicated to delivering a thorough and dependable cleaning experience, meeting client satisfaction.
Duties
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Empty trash bins and take out garbage.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are in good condition and properly stored.
Follow company guidelines and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Upon stepping into a lead cleaner role you will assist in training, leading cleans, and undertaking inspections.
Skills
Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within set time frames.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
Reliable transportation (required).
Background check required.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
