We manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties & residential properties and pride ourselves on providing a spotless, welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want to join a supportive, growing team.
Responsibilities
As a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing properties to the highest standard for each new guest. Duties include:
Inspecting properties for damages, photographing/reporting issues, and noting any items left behind.
Stripping beds, washing and replacing linens, and staging according to photos.
Deep-cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas with high attention to detail.
Restocking supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and guest amenities.
Vacuuming/mopping floors, and staging decor to match listing photos.
Ensuring all doors/windows are locked, garbage is taken out, and property is secure before departure.
A full cleaning checklist will be provided.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a professional cleaner (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
Authorized to work in Canada.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Must own a smartphone with a data plan (for scheduling, photos, and communication).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Flexible availability (cleanings are scheduled around guest check-ins/checkouts, between 10 AM – 4 PM).
Hours
Part time - 2 days per week (Sunday & Monday typically) hours are 10am-4pm
Benefits
Competitive pay: $20/hr to start, $22/hr after 3 months.
