Job Title: Club Cleaner/Caretaker
Location: Weston-super-Mare AFC, The Optima Stadium
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am – 11am (2 hours per day)
Optional hours available on Sundays
Reports to: Bar Manager / Operations Director
Job Purpose:
Weston-super-Mare AFC is seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner/Caretaker to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the stadium and surrounding areas. The role also includes responsibility for opening the facility for bookings during the allocated hours, when required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and tidy all indoor areas of the stadium, including but not limited to changing rooms, toilets, bar spaces, office spaces, and corridors.
· Maintain the cleanliness of external areas of the stadium.
· Open the stadium for external or internal bookings between 9am and 11am, if scheduled.
· Report any damage, maintenance issues, or security concerns to the appropriate club official.
· Maintain cleaning equipment and report when supplies need replenishing.
· Follow all club policies regarding health and safety, security, and safeguarding.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
