Mō te Tūranga | About the role:
This is a great role to get to know every nook and cranny of the business. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments so you can sweep, mop or steam your way around our restaurants, functions centre, the casino and even our bowling alley whilst meeting great people along the way. With a trolley full of equipment, you will have all the tools provided to get the job done including full training from the start.
This is a Part Time opportunity, working approximately 16 - 24 hours per week (2 - 3 shifts) on Day shift 6am to 2.30pm or Afternoon Shift 2.00pm - 10.30pm. This role will require weekend work, and preference will be given to applicants who are flexible in their availability. Days of work change on a rotating basis, and rosters are generally published 2 weeks in advance.
Morning shift is 6:00 - 14:30
Afternoon is 14:00-22:30

It'll be your winning attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail which will make you a great fit for SkyCity. This role will keep you busy on your feet, so you'll need to be prepared to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
Be energetic, reliable and adaptable
Be available and flexible to work on a rotating roster through Monday to Sunday - preference will be given to candidates with full availability
Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements
