Job Description
The Trade Settlements Supervisor will oversee staff and processes associated with clearance and settlement of stocks, bonds, mutual fund trades, and ACM settlements in both foreign and domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and processes to ensure accurate and efficient processing within the area.
• Monitor and direct daily, weekly, and monthly settlement activity to minimize risk.
• Manage liability and reduce risk of inaccurate settlement processing.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of trust or security asset types, settlement processes, and depository settlement information.
• Ability to collaborate with administrative and portfolio managers to meet Trust Client requirements.
• Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $83,000 annually, plus benefits including employer-sponsored health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and career development opportunities.
