Role Description
TSCO is an umbrella group covering the confirmation, settlements and reconciliation of FX, Equities, Rates and Credit Derivatives.

Your key responsibilities
Primarily responsible for confirmation of FX and Rates & Credit trades on daily basis.
Prioritize the confirmations on the basis of trade arrival date.
Bank is committed to maintain its confirmation rate on high level and ensure to maintain it.
Responsible for understanding client’s needs from an operational perspective.
Ensure all processing related queries are responded timely.
Follow escalation matrix/ ensure timely escalations and keep all stakeholders aware of the Issues in the process and avoid any adverse impact on the business.
Timely response to all client’s queries.
Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process controls and guidelines including compliance and legal.
Maintain the quality and completeness as required by the business.
Maintain professional relationship within team and customers.
Your skills and experience
Knowledge of German language - Minimum requirement B2.2 or equivalent.
Knowledge of Rates/Credit/FX asset class will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in all shifts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on M.S. office suite
