Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clerical Assistant to join our team in Glasgow City Council. As a key member of the Customer & Business Services (CBS) team, you will provide administrative support to the council family, employees, and citizens of Glasgow.
Your main duties will include providing administrative support, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively on your own or as part of a team. A working knowledge of IT software packages, specifically Microsoft Office, is essential.
Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum
