As a Vice President in the Client Account Services department, you will be responsible for managing transformational and business initiatives supporting the Market Account Reference Data Operations team. You will partner with and drive collaboration across Markets and Prime to inspire process stabilization and improvements for the Account Reference Data Utility.
Job responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement operating model improvements
Design and deliver procedures and training to support updates in processes
Partner with Reference Data Strategy to transform the future state data models that includes defining the target operating model within the Utility
Partner with Global Account Reference Data Process Leads on current state assessment, defining solutions, testing, and implementing operating model for Account Creation and Maintenance, Process Improvements, Data Quality, and Remediations
Identify operational synergies with Onboarding, Middle Office, and other business stakeholders to eliminate redundant and/or manual processes
Business and Operations Stakeholder management
Create and maintain oversight of Standard Operational Procedures across the Account Reference data Utility
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
10+ years of experience in financial services, process improvement, or related field
Process Improvement and Efficiency experience
Flexibility to adjust to business needs
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple lines of business and various leadership levels
Influencing and collaboration skills across global teams
Demonstrated ability to obtain SME knowledge of multiple processes
Strong time management, organizational skills, and effective prioritization skills
