Job description
A well-known property developer are looking for a Client Accountant to join their team as soon as possible. Focussed on urban regeneration, this company is responsible for both residential and commercial developments, with a huge emphasis on sustainability.

Job Title: Client Accountant

Salary: c. £45,000-£50,000

Location: South East London - full time office requirements (5 days per week)

The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Managing the full lifecycle of commercial leases and service charges.
• Overseeing tenant management, including rent collection, credit control and queries.
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting and auditing requirements.
• Reconciling tenant and supplier accounts, and reporting monthly.

This role would suit someone who is:
• A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA), or someone who is qualified by experience
• Experienced within client, portfolio or service charge accounting
• Confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
• A proactive individual, with good communication skills
