Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs promptly
Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues proactively
Prepare and present account reports, updates, and proposals
Identify opportunities for account growth and new client acquisition
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client management, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment or staffing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Knowledge of blue-collar industries is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Must have an own car
