Client Acquisition Internship in Jaipur, Gurgaon
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Working closely with the operations head at the front office in Jaipur Centre, and clients to achieve operational objectives
• Conducting tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy
• Developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation meeting and leisure facilities
• Maintaining awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of customers
• Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there
• Identifying the factors that shape your office's appeal to customers
• Monitoring customer reviews on social website or on hotel booking sites to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the office space
• Speaking to guests in person or in followup calls
• Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business
• Targeting the program at individual members who require regular meeting facilities
• Working with the event management team to schedule marketing to attract additional conferences and events
• Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
• Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and site operations team support
