Reliable and accountable — you're someone your team can count on

Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment

Proficiency with MS Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe

Minimum 1–2 years of office or administrative experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Level 1 Insurance License is an asset — but not required

A Day in the Life

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners

Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more

Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone, directing inquiries and providing exceptional front desk service

Manage branch administrative responsibilities including mail, couriers, faxes, and office supply ordering

Support the branch with general administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
