Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Coordinator to manage communication and coordination with US-
based clients, ensuring smooth operations during night hours. The role involves handling client
queries, coordinating on contract-related work, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for US clients during the night shift.
Manage client queries via email, chat, and calls, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client operations and issue handling.
Handle contract coordination including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining client contracts and documentation.
Support client onboarding, renewals, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare shift or weekly reports.
Ensure service quality and professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Currently Candidate Should be working in Night Shift
1–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or contract management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for US client
interaction).
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willing to work independently in night shift.
