Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can manage client communication, prepare presentations, visualize project wireframes, and coordinate effectively between clients and the development team.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into clear visual and actionable formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development/design teams.
Create and present PowerPoint/Canva presentations showcasing project ideas, website structures, and mobile app layouts (rough wireframes).
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure clear communication and project progress tracking.
Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and feedback with designers, developers, and QA teams.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications once or twice a month to identify issues or usability improvements.
Prepare bug reports and share them with the development team for resolution.
Maintain project documentation, client feedback records, and task tracking sheets using MS Excel.
Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data organization and project tracking.
Ability to understand basic web and mobile app structures, user flows, and UI/UX concepts.
Good analytical and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
Prior experience in client handling, coordination, or project assistance will be a plus.
Nice to Have:

Basic understanding of design tools (like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva).
Background in IT, digital marketing, or software services domain.
