Job Description
Content Specialist would be a part of Client Due Diligence Response (CDDR) Team under the Operational Risk Management organization within S&P Global. The CDDR Team fosters deep internal partnerships with several control functions to enable, support and respond to Client Due Diligence enquiries, Questions on enterprise controls (BCM, InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy Technology, etc.) when contained within Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and identifying the need for special messaging on emerging events to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Development and Maintenance of the centralized Client Due Diligence Response (CDDR) Library within the Client Due Diligence Response tool
• Ensure that the CDDR library is UpToDate and reviewed periodically by the control area SMEs for accuracy
• Assist in the coordination of Client Audits which includes collaboration with various control area SMEs, collation of control area responses, collection, and redaction of relevant artifacts, etc.
