Toruss, a boutique design and branding studio based in Kerala, is looking for a Client Engagement Lead who knows how to keep clients happy, projects moving, and communication smooth as butter.
We work with clients across the globe - helping them build powerful brands and digital experiences. Now, we need someone who can be the bridge between our creative team and our growing list of international clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the communication with clients - ensuring they’re informed, supported, and taken care of.
Gather requirements, schedule check-ins, send updates, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Translate client feedback into internal briefs for our design team.
Keep timelines and deliverables on track - and make sure everyone’s aligned.
Anticipate issues before they become problems and jump in to fix them.
Help us build better systems for client experience and delivery.
Who You Are
You’ve worked in client-facing roles, especially in design/branding/digital or creative teams.
You write excellent emails and handle video calls with confidence.
You’re a follow-up ninja. Deadlines, updates, documents - you stay on top of it all.
You get how to manage expectations. You know when to say “yes,” when to say “not yet,” and how to say “no” with grace.
You understand (or are willing to learn) how creative projects flow - from briefs to delivery.
Bonus: You’ve worked with international clients, especially from the US/UK.
