The Role
This role will involve interacting with suppliers, trade partners, marketing, senior management, and clients through face-to-face meetings either in the office, at suppliers' premises, or at PR events.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Client Engagement Manager to plan smaller-scale client events and manage virtual client events calendars.
Organise and plan events with support from your Manager and Client Engagement colleagues.
Closely follow the Client event process, decide on event details, and select employee attendance.
Provide regular updates to the marketing team on all planned events.
Finding and securing venues, deciding on client data criteria, and using data to inform which clients would be best suited to attend the event.
Coordinating invitations, maintaining Client Event spreadsheets, and attending events.
Presenting short employee briefings prior to events, managing client feedback post-event, and keeping client profiles up to date.
Effectively managing any budget granted for Client Engagement loyalty events.
Working closely with Marketing in managing client data, guest lists, and branding for client events.

Work with the Head of Social Committee and the social committee in planning and assisting the execution of Audley Employee Social events.

Confident communication with a wide cross-section of people.
Reliable and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
A conscientious, tenacious, and self-reliant individual who is results-oriented.
Comfortable interpreting statistics and providing reports.
Ability to work on projects alone and within a team.
Highly organised and proficient in prioritising workload.
Maintains a high level of attention to detail.
Previous experience of effectively managing budget spend.
Previous experience of completing compliance forms and tasks for events.
Previous experience of working within an event-focused role is desirable.
