Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational sales targets within the B2B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyse market data and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise existing strategies.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating value propositions effectively.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align organisational goals with client expectations.
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is essential.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not essential.
