About the role

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on renewals and providing expert advice on a range of general insurance products. You’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that protect businesses and help them thrive.
You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and success. With our comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing support, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in your role and build a rewarding career.

What we’re looking for
1 year experience in a similar role in insurance, banking and finance
Individuals with a strong track record in sales or client acquisition across various industries are encouraged to apply
Adaptability and ability to work in high volume & high paced environment
Willingness to complete Tier 1 – Insurance Broking qualification (Gallagher supported)
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Effective communication skills
