For over forty years, they have been helping their clients’ child’s first memory of their grandma creating pasta together on a marble benchtop. About The Role
You will add incredible value through:
Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring excellent customer service by greeting high-end clients, such as architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit CDK’s brand new, custom designed showroom.
Assisting our Sales Representatives and being available to take customers through the showroom when required.
Keeping track of appointments for the day and week ahead.
Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department.
Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts, completing bank deposits and completing data entry.
Hosting clients whilst they are onsite by making them coffee with our dedicated machine, which you will be trained on, so barista experience isn’t necessary
