We are now seeking two Client Experience Executives who will match that calibre in everything they do.

Who You Must Be

This is not a reception job.

This is a role for those who understand luxury, live service, and anticipate excellence without being asked.

You are:

Flawlessly presented, elegant in communication, and gracious under pressure

Digitally fluent, knowing that today’s luxury is found as much in a perfect DM response as in a handwritten card

Socially intelligent, able to read a room, reassure a client post-procedure, or gently suggest a wellness package

Entrepreneurial, spotting moments for brand growth, client loyalty, and digital storytelling

Most importantly, you bring warmth, loyalty, and the kind of sparkle that cannot be taught.

What You Will Do

Guest Journey & Front of House

Welcome every client with confidence, calm and discretion—as they arrive for ******** treatments, minor procedures, wellness infusions, or GP consultations

Manage luxury appointment flow with seamless diary precision (Fresha and other systems)

Be present, composed and pro-active in anticipating client needs—whether it’s silence, a blanket, a sparkling water, or a gentle smile

Sales & Treatment Curation

Understand and speak confidently about the clinic’s full portfolio—Morpheus8, PDO threads, hormone care, ******** health, surgical follow-up, regenerative therapies

Encourage return bookings and treatment packages with integrity, subtlety, and belief in the brand’s values

Recognise potential in every client conversation—offering, never overselling

Digital Elegance & Brand Presence

Contribute creatively to our digital narrative—Insta stories, Reels, clinic highlights, behind-the-scenes (with patient consent)

Confidently handle WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and calls with fluency and care

Work alongside directors to elevate online engagement, brand messaging, and audience growth

Operational Grace

Handle client consent, privacy, medical forms and CQC-aligned documentation with vigilance and elegance

Coordinate calendars, follow-ups, and digital reminders with quiet competence

Support marketing campaigns, seasonal treatment drives, and special guest events

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

Have previously worked in a Harley Street-style clinic, high-end salon, 5-star spa, boutique fashion retail, or private member’s club

Understand how to speak about Botox without being crass, or ****** health without being clinical

Value beauty, order, refinement—and find joy in helping people feel seen

Have a creative streak—comfortable editing Canva visuals or filming a soft-focus Insta story

Prefer excellence to extravagance and presence over performance

The Offering

25 hours per week (flexible schedule; must include at least one weekend day)
