Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident individual to become the first point of contact for our clients and a key support to the founder.
This role combines client communication, coordination, and executive support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, conversations, and processes.
Key Responsibilities - Client Experience (Primary Role)
Handle all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram)
Respond promptly and professionally to clients
Understand client requirements and guide them through our process
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Create and manage client WhatsApp groups
Share updates, timelines, and follow-ups
Ensure every client feels attended and informed at all times
Coordination & Process Management
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
Follow up with designers and operations for updates
Ensure timelines are met and communicated clearly
Maintain a structured flow of communication
Executive Support (Secondary Role)
Manage the founder’s meeting calendar
Ensure no calls or opportunities are missed
Assist with reminders and daily coordination
CRM & Tracking
Maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheets / CRM tools)
Update status of all inquiries and ongoing projects
Track follow-ups and ensure closure
Content Support (Bonus)
Capture basic photos/videos at site visits for social media
Assist in documenting projects and behind-the-scenes work
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
Confident, polished, and pleasant personality
Highly organized and proactive
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Quick learner with attention to detail
Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
Not Suitable For
Purely backend/admin profiles with no client interaction
Candidates uncomfortable with phone communication
Those looking for only a desk-based, low-interaction role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,195.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
