Role Description
We’re looking for a polished, client-focused Front Desk Executive to manage walk-in clients, follow-ups, billing, and service upselling at our premium pet grooming centre.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling walk-in clients and client follow-ups (no appointment booking)
• Coordinating walk-in availability with groomers
• Accurate billing, payments, and POS reconciliation
• Upselling grooming add-ons, retail products, and services
• Capturing grooming course enquiries and sharing leads
• Maintaining a professional front-desk environment
Requirements:
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
• Confident communication and people-handling skills
• Comfortable with billing systems and sales conversations
• Fluency in English
• Pleasant personality
