FX4Cash is a high profile joint venture between the Global Transaction Bank (GTB) and Global Foreign Exchange (GFX). The FX4Cash team is responsible for delivering one of the fastest growing revenue streams in GTB & GFX by providing market leading FX payment services to clients. FX4Cash leverages the firm’s position as a market leader in CB and in FX. Selected candidate will be trained on front office tools by experienced front office staff.

Your key responsibilities
The FX4Cash Center Specialist role is a multitasking role for FX4Cash. It consists of being the Center of Excellence for FX4Cash to provide information and updates to all parties, from internal sales, product, and service groups to external clients, assisting with client and sales for product solution, training/coaching (internally and externally), and a variety of ad hoc requests with a strong focus on analytical work.
The FX4C Platform Delivery role within the FX4Cash Team includes the following:
• Works with various internal stakeholders (Product specialists, Product management IT, Sales, RM, other counterparts) to support the FX4Cash product
• Become the Center of Excellence for FX4Cash
• Complete understanding of end to end transaction process to assist with processing questions, solutions for clients and troubleshooting assistance with Technical teams.
• Complete understanding of product functionality and capabilities
• Prepare training materials and business presentations.
• Research and provide information to sales, product or service regarding clients setups, issues, etc
• Provide analytical reports
• Organise and Run Stakeholder Calls, including meeting collateral preparation, minutes and action tracking.
• Partner with Sales to work with clients on solutions
• Support the FX4Cash Product and Commercialization teams as well as the global Sales teams with business analysis as desired and requested by them
• Creation and maintaining of work instruction manuals for the process
• Establish, develop and cultivate relationships between the various stakeholders (implementations, sales, PS)
• Ability to effectively interface with people at multiple levels in the organization and clients
• Responsibility of all task/deliverables to be met on a timely fashion
• Ability to manage more than one project and multiple delivery dates at a time
• Work effectively in a matrix environment in a global organization
• Comply with all DB policies and procedures
