Designation- Client Manager
Remote Work
Timing- 10:30AM- 7:30PM
6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
the JD for Client Manager/Relationship Manager for ECS dept.
Job Responsibilities:
Building long-term relationships with key clients.
Addressing Client concerns and complaints.
Creating sales plans to generate revenue
Getting in Touch with Existing Clients.
Responsible to handle a portfolio of 250- 300 clients
Responsible to retain existing clients and bring new business from exiting portfolio and generate referral leads.
Candidates Requirements
Female Candidates with Good verbal and written Communication.
Minimum 2years Experiences in Banking Sector can be considered.
Has Experience in Cross Selling & Upselling
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Commerce background)
Candidate should have own laptop and stable internet connection
