Job Title: Client Partner – Banking (Director)
We are looking for a Banking Client Partner!
You will play a key role in Slalom’s go to market team that is accountable for client strategy and delivery of services in your respective accounts.
The main responsibilities of this delivery role includes setting strategic multi-year direction for assigned territory, shaping, selling and delivering client programs and maintaining operational excellence for your portfolio.
So, what will I do?
Establish, maintain and build Slalom’s relationship and brand within your assigned accounts through building high trust relationships with executive clients
Identify and develop a pipeline of opportunities that align with our clients' strategic objectives and Slalom's capabilities.
Collaborate seamlessly with our diverse teams, help define, shape and implement relevant industry solutions
Partner with Sales & Alliance teams to drive business development and shepherd contracting and operational processes
Drive comprehensive Account Strategy, including developing strong partnerships with relevant Alliance partners in client ecosystems
Guide clients from initial ideation to the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements.
Own the overall customer satisfaction survey outcomes, including the transformational scoring that rates Slalom’s overall relationship with our clients.
Participate in Slalom leadership forums and be an ambassador of Slalom’s culture and values
Key Metrics:
Responsible for 60% individual utilization target
Drive revenue responsibility of $2.5M+
CSAT annual score ratings of over +0%
And, what will I bring?
Prior experience in a leadership role in a consulting environment (required)
Extensive recent account development and delivery management experience with clients in the Canadian banking industry (required)
Advanced project delivery across technical, business transformation, strategic programs, including all aspects of program management (preferably in an agile environment and delivering cloud solutions)
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Prior experience meeting and exceeding revenue targets of similar size
Experienced with leading the delivery of large complex technology services and consulting service based programs
Experience managing account commercials, including pricing, profitability, and contracts
Familiarity in modern technology trends across Cloud & Data domains an asset.
Familiarity working with AWS, Microsoft, Google or Salesforce an asset.
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
