Over the last 16 years, we have been recognized as advisors to Boards and CEOs helping them build best in class management teams. Our work straddles across succession planning, executive assessments, leadership search and mentoring. Our clients are present in India, US, Western Europe, and SE Asia.
Our belief is that the right leaders, focused on their strengths, have a way of finding innovative solutions, building and leading high performing teams, and consistently exceeding business goals. As an advisor, our job is to help enterprises identify this talent within or help transition the right executive who blends in to the culture and adapts to the new environment effortlessly.
Our leadership search practice is growing >100% YoY and to fuel this growth we would like to welcome and onboard leaders capable of independently managing and growing practices.
Who you are:

We are looking to broaden our coverage across a few key sectors viz. Private Equity, Financial Services & Life Sciences/Pharma
Past experience in leadership search/advisory would be an added advantage.
